These Terms govern your use of Australian Citizenship Preparation APP ("the app"). By downloading or using the app you agree to be bound by them.
License
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and the respective app store's terms.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app.
Use the app to transmit unlawful content or to harass other users.
Circumvent any access controls or rate limits.
Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit access to the app without our written consent.
Purchases and subscriptions
The app may offer paid features and auto-renewing subscriptions purchased through the App Store or Google Play. Detailed subscription terms are described in the EULA / Subscription Terms page; you should read those before purchasing.
Intellectual property
Australian Citizenship Preparation APP and all related materials — including the app, its logo, and its design — are owned by us and our licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership to you.
Disclaimer
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be error-free, available without interruption, or that any data stored in it will be preserved.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or, if you paid nothing, USD $50.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms. You can stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.
Changes
We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
