Australian Citizenship Preparation APPEULA & subscription terms

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") covers paid features and auto-renewing subscriptions in Australian Citizenship Preparation APP. It supplements the general Terms of Service.
Subscriptions
Australian Citizenship Preparation APP may offer one or more auto-renewing subscriptions purchased through your Apple ID (App Store) or Google Account (Play Store).
Length of subscription: as displayed at the point of purchase (e.g. monthly, yearly).
Content/services per subscription: access to the paid features that are clearly listed alongside the price.
Price per period: as shown in your local currency at the point of purchase.
Payment: charged to your iTunes / Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
Auto-renewal: subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Managing your subscription: you can manage subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
Free trials: any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Refunds
Refund requests must be made through the App Store or Google Play, since they handle payment processing. We do not have direct access to your payment information.
Apple's standard EULA
Use of the iOS app is also governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement, which is available at: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.
Apple as third-party beneficiary
You acknowledge that Apple, and Apple's subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA, and that Apple has the right to enforce it against you.
License grant and restrictions
Subject to your compliance with this EULA and the general Terms, we grant you a limited, non-transferable license to use the paid features for personal, non-commercial use on devices you own or control. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the app or its paid content.
Changes
We may update this EULA when subscription terms change. The effective date above will be updated; material changes affecting price or renewal will be communicated in-app before they take effect.
